Refund Policy

Our policy is a non-refund policy. After your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

At this time, we only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging.

Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.

If you need to exchange your item(s), please send us an email at info@marianardella.com in order for us to arrange (if applicable) such exchange .

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are not granted if the item shows obvious signs of use, it is not in its original condition, if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the same product will be shipped to you, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
